We encourage you to do your due diligence and make sure this program is right for you. We are not responsible if your life schedule changes and you do not have time to invest in your education. Since you get immediate access to our confidential shop specs and measurements and all of our private mastered techniques we do not offer refunds. Please watch the sample video lessons to be sure you like the teaching style and the video style of learning that is presented to you. Our intellectual property is accessible immediately upon your payment, therefore refunds are not allowed. 

1. Program & Payment Terms

You are enrolling in the Master’s Guitar Repair Luthier Course with the StewMac Tool Package.

• Total Tuition & Tool Package Price: $6,530.00

• Initial Payment (Due at Checkout): $1,550.00 (covers the cost of the StewMac tool package and initial course tuition)

• Remaining Balance: $4,980.00

• Payment Plan: 12 equal monthly payments of $415.00 each, billed to your credit/debit card on file.

• First Payment Due Date: ______today______________

• Final Payment Due Date: ______12 months from today ______________

2. Delivery of Tools

• Upon payment of the $1,550 initial payment, Southeast Guitar Repair Academy will ship your StewMac Tool Package (valued at approximately $1,500) to the shipping address you provide.

• Tools are shipped in good faith with the expectation that you will complete all 12 monthly payments as agreed.

3. Ownership of Tools & Course Access

• The tool package becomes your property upon shipment; however, by accepting delivery, you acknowledge that the tools are part of the total program cost and that failure to complete payment will result in legal collection for the unpaid balance.

• Access to the Master’s Course will remain active as long as your account is current. If your account becomes 30 days past due, course access will be suspended until payment is brought current.

4. Default & Collections

If you fail to make any scheduled payment:

• A late fee of $25 will be applied to each missed payment.

• If your account becomes 60 days past due, the remaining balance will become immediately due in full.

• Southeast Guitar Repair Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action and/or use a collections agency to recover the unpaid balance.

• You agree to pay all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, and collection agency fees, in addition to the unpaid balance.

5. No Cancellations or Refunds

• This program and tool package are non-refundable.

• By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that withdrawal from the program or failure to participate does not relieve you of your financial obligation.

6. Payment Authorization

By entering into this agreement, you authorize Southeast Guitar Repair Academy to automatically charge the card on file for all scheduled payments until the balance is paid in full.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Gwinnett County, Georgia.

I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement. I understand that by enrolling in this program and accepting the StewMac Tool Package, I am legally obligated to pay the full balance, and failure to do so will result in legal and collection actions.
