This is the same ticket Southeast Guitar Repair uses. Our information is removed, this is for a blank ticket. There is space for you to have your logo or repair shop info added in the top left corner. Or you can use a custom stamp & stamp your info. There is also space for numbering your tickets. Either by hand or have the print company add numerical system for you. This ticket is a 3 tab ticket. It is a large work order style ticket with 2 stub areas you can cut or have a printer perforate for you for easy tearing. It allows for 1 master Work Order Ticket, 1 claim ticket stub to give to the client & 1 additional stub that can stay with the case to identify the case with the proper guitar / repair ticket.
